National Society of Colonial Dames in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts seeks Executive Director to lead its three historic sites to new levels of professionalism and efficiency, providing leadership with pathways for sustainability, community engagement, and growth. Governed by Executive Committee of seven, with two staff and seventy volunteers. Budget is $660,000 with 1,800+ visitors/year. Salary $80,000-$90,000, plus benefits, EA/EO.
