Minnesota, we’ll be heading your way this spring!
For our 95th anniversary, the AMM Board challenged #ProudMuseumPeople across the region to a state competition in support of Midwest Museums through gifts to the AMM Annual Fund. The winning state with the highest number of contributions would be the location of a spring in-person museum mixer.
It was a close competition – Michigan made a comeback, with Illinois and Wisconsin close behind, but Minnesota held the lead!
Minnesota may have taken home the top prize in this competition but, with the show of support for the AMM Annual Fund this year, everyone is a winner!
Thanks to the generous support of many museums, corporations, and individuals across the Midwest, we not only met our record-setting goal of $20,000, but exceeded it with over $23,000 in contributions! Your support will help us sustain core programs in 2024 but also continue to innovate and respond to evolving member needs.
