Conference Registration
2008 AMM/MPMA Annual Conference Registration is now Open!
To register for the AMM/MPMA conference, please download the Conference Registration Form and return with payment to the address indicated on the form. Please refer to the Preliminary Program for detailed information on the conference hotel, schedule, and other important information.
Please remember that this is joint conference, so if you are a member of AMM or in the AMM region, you'll need to submit your registration to the AMM office. All MPMA members and those in the MPMA region, will need to submit registrations to the MPMA office.
